As also reported by the Miami Herald: 18-year-old Dimitri Daniels was arrested on Sunday for forcing his 5-year-old niece to have oral sex with him. He is being charged with sexual assault on a victim under 12, and with lewd and lascivious behavior on a victim under 12. According to the police report and Daniels himself, this is not the first time that this has happened. Daniels is currently being held at the Broward Main Jail with no bond.
In addition to this incident, local Pembroke Pines police are worried that his niece was not Daniels’ only victim. Daniels also worked for a children’s youth group at Mt. Pisgah Seventh-day Adventist Church in Miami Gardens. However, the pastor of the church, Alex Royes, says that while Daniels is/was a member of the church, he was never given a leadership role or position with any children of the congregation.
