According to the Miami Herald: Jonathan Diaz-Fundora, a 23-year-old West Miami-Dade Burger King manager was found in a Lakeland motel with a 10-year-old girl and was promptly arrested. He has been charged with 5 counts of possession of child pornography, 3 counts of sexual performance of a child, 2 counts of computer solicitation of a minor, a single count of kidnapping, a single count of sexual battery by an adult on a victim under 12, and a single count for traveling to meet a minor for sex. He apparently took time off work to meet with the girl. The girl left her parents a note when she left to meet Diaz-Fundora that said:“I’ll be staying 3 nights with my bff, not (name redacted). She’s going thru a lot, I’ll come back on Thursday! Muwh! XOXO…..I wunna help her. She’s one of my friends at school. She doesn’t want to see anybody but me. I’ll be safe.”
