According to News-Press.com: Daniel Michael Ruiz, a 32-year-old Lee County man, was found guilty of sexual battery after a 3-day trial. According to a news release from the state attorney’s office, Ruiz and his victim, a 46-year-old Lehigh Acres woman who will remain nameless, were listening and talking about music together when they began to argue. The argument resulted in Ruiz pushing and slapping the victim. After which he pinned her to the ground and raped her. After he finished he then broke her nose and bit her.
