According to the Orlando Sentinel: Clifford Vincent Dittmar, a 73-year-old Kissimmee resident, was arrested on accusations of molesting a 7-year-old-girl. He made friends with the grandparents of the young girl and one day he picked her up from her school bus stop one afternoon. He took her home and molested her. According to the report, he was accused of exposing himself and performing oral sex on the young girl in his home. He initially the allegations and said he gave the girl massages and played “doctor” with her. He was charged with sexual battery on a person under the age of 12 and lewd and lascivious molestation.
