According to the Huffington Post: Casey Anthony’s former attorney (Jose Baez) has been accused (by a private investigator named Dominic Casey) of trading her sexual favors for legal services. He, of course, denies these allegations, saying that they are “completely false”. According to Dominic Casey, he was in the office of Baez when Baez allegedly told Casey Anthony that she owed him “3 blowjobs” because he had canceled an interview at her request. Casey also claims to have shown up at Baez’s office unexpectedly to find Casey Anthony running naked through the conference room. He is quoted as saying:“Casey [Anthony] told me she had to do what Jose said because she had no money for her defense. I reminded her that Baez had more than enough money… to pay for her defense. Casey [Anthony] apologized and assured me it would not happen again.” – Dominic Casey, Private Investigator
In response to these allegations, Jose Baez has been quoted as saying:“I unequivocally and categorically deny exchanging sex for my legal services with Ms. Anthony. I further unequivocally and categorically deny having any sexual relationship with Ms. Anthony whatsoever.” – Jose Baez, Attorney at Law
The Florida Bar has not made any complaint against Baez and there is no current investigation into Casey’s claims. However, Jose Baez says the allegations are “libelous” and “legal action is forthcoming.”
