According to the Miami Herald: Juan Emmanuel Manns, a 24-year-old substitute teacher from Boca Raton, was supervising kids at the Quiet Water Elementary school when he asked a 7-year-old boy to sit on his lap. Upon doing so, the child felt something poking him. He was arrested last Thursday (May 17) on a charge of lewd and lascivious conduct and is being held at the Broward County Main Jail in Fort Lauderdale on a $100,000 bond. While he has been arrested and the first known victim has come forward, local authorities believe that Manns likely did this to other children.
