According to the 15-year-old victim, she would go to Roberts’ office and he would use his keys to unlock an unused classroom and take her in there. According to the arrest report, during the first incident, he exposed himself and lifted the victim’s dress. During the second incident, according to the Deputies involved in the case, Roberts pulled up the girl’s skirt and got on top of her in a closet in an unused classroom. Apparently, according to the affidavit, students also entered the classroom. At that point, Roberts instructed the victim to remain quiet and to wait for the students to leave. Roberts would also text the victim and make her send him screenshots to prove that she deleted the messages between them. These incidents all happened between Jan. 15 and March 10, 2017.
