Woman Turns Estranged Husband in For Possession of Child Pornography

According to NBC: Allen Cormier, a 59-year-old Collier County man was turned in by his estranged wife after she found large amounts of child pornography on his computer. According to Kathleen Cormier (Allen’s wife) and the deputies of the Collier County sheriffs department, she found over 1000 instances of child pornography on his laptop when she was going through it looking for family pictures. She even found and turned in more instances of child pornography on various DVDs and USB flash drives. According to the police report, Allen confessed all of this to his wife during a controlled phone call. He said things like:
“It’s just pictures; it’s just pretty pictures. yeah, so what? They’re naked little girls. Why is that a big deal?”
He has also admitted to inappropriately touching a young girl of 14 or 15 years old after she supposedly came onto him repeatedly. Allen Cormier is being held in the Collier County Jail on a $150,000 bond. He has been charged with 1 count of possession of child pornography with intent to promote and with 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
